I Can Admit When I'm Wrong
Never let it be said that rational debate is dead, at least in the Blogosphere.Jarndyce has convinced me that at least some of my affection for Alternative Voting is somewhat misplaced. I still then AV with top-up could be worth consideration, but perhaps three-member proportional constituencies may be the way to go.
